"Longevity" infusions
Many people want to maintain their physical and mental well-being for as long as possible. Our longevity infusion concepts are preventive and therapeutic, designed to promote cell health and support general well-being in the sense of a prolonged healthy lifespan. Selected nutrients such as omega-3 fatty acids, phospholipids, and NAD+ can specifically support cellular functions. In addition to other beneficial measures—including optimizing sleep, exercise, and nutrition—our infusions are a useful supplement for slowing down and positively influencing age-related changes in cells.

Treatment details
Structure of the longevity infusion concept
Longevity is not a single therapy, but rather a medically coordinated overall concept that combines various preventive and supportive measures in a meaningful way. The focus is on an individual medical assessment based on personal goals, initial health status, and current stress levels. Depending on the individual situation, different infusion components can be specifically selected, combined, or supplemented.
Cell renewal & membrane stability (CRT / Vita Balance)
The so-called “Vita Balance Cure” is based on an infusion concept with phospholipids, sometimes in combination with omega-3 fatty acids. These nutrients are essential for the repair and flexibility of cell and mitochondrial membranes. This can improve cell function, nutrient transport, and detoxification, especially in the liver. Omega-3 fatty acids also have anti-inflammatory effects, strengthen the immune system, and support heart and brain health.
Ingredients
- Phospholipids
- Omega-3 fatty acids
Areas of application
- Preventive infusion treatments from the age of 35–40, supplemented by oral supplementation
- Supportive treatment for manifest chronic diseases (e.g., liver)
- Accompanying treatment for lipid metabolism disorders
- Promotion of general well-being
NAD+ as an optional supplementary component in the longevity conce
Since natural NAD+ levels slowly decline from around the age of 30, NAD+ infusions or injections can be used as a supportive measure by introducing the vital coenzyme NAD+ directly into the bloodstream, where it is presumably immediately available to the cells. NAD+ fundamentally supports cell function and is involved in energy production (ATP) and DNA repair processes, including through the activation of certain enzymes such as sirtuins and PARPs. Patients often report subjectively positive effects after repeated use, such as reduced fatigue, increased energy, improved mental clarity, or improved regeneration.
Against this background, NAD+ can be considered as an optional complementary component within a longevity concept. Research generally confirms the central role of NAD+ in cell health and aging processes, although the significance of infusion therapy cannot yet be conclusively assessed and further research is needed.
For whom can NAD+ be useful within the longevity concept?
It can be tried as a supplement in cases of severe exhaustion or lack of energy
As a preventive measure to accompany age-related decline in NAD+ levels
In combination with oral NAD+ precursor supplementation (e.g., NR, NMN)
Exclusively after individual medical assessment
Therapy regimen
There are no fixed therapy regimens; the number and dosage are determined individually by a physician. Depending on the dosage, an infusion lasts approximately 60–180 minutes.
Ingredient
NAD+ (obtained enzymatically, available to patients on prescription)
Treatment information
Before treatment:
Please drink plenty of fluids and ideally eat a light meal before coming for treatment.
After treatment:
Make sure you drink enough fluids. As a rule, you will be able to return to work and exercise immediately after the infusion and can also engage in activities such as sauna without any problems.

Why can longevity infusions be beneficial?
Longevity infusions are aimed at people who want to stabilize their well-being in the long term and consciously counteract age-related changes. The aim is to slow down the aging process and maintain physical and mental performance for as long as possible. The targeted supply of selected nutrients can support cellular processes that play an important role in energy production, regeneration, resilience, and metabolism. The infusions are always medically supervised and individually tailored to the patient’s personal situation. These infusions are not a substitute for other important measures such as optimizing sleep, nutrition, and exercise, but rather an additional complementary option.
How does a longevity infusion concept differ from a single infusion?
Longevity is a holistic medical concept and not a single treatment. The infusions are not considered in isolation, but are embedded in an overall context of lifestyle, nutrition, exercise, and individual health status. Depending on your needs, different infusion components can be combined or used at different times to specifically support various cellular processes.
What role do phospholipids and omega-3 fatty acids play in the longevity concept?
Phospholipids and omega-3 fatty acids are important components of cell membranes and mitochondria. They contribute to the stability, flexibility, and function of cells. As part of the longevity concept, infusions containing these nutrients can support processes that are relevant for cell regeneration, energy balance, and regeneration. Many patients use these infusions preventively or in conjunction with other measures.
What is the significance of NAD+ in longevity infusions?
NAD+ is a cofactor produced naturally in the body that is involved in numerous cellular metabolic processes, particularly energy production and cell regulation. Natural NAD+ levels decline with age. Within the longevity concept, NAD+ can therefore be used as an optional supplementary component, especially in cases of severe exhaustion or when additional support for cellular energy processes is desired. It is always used on an individual basis and according to medical assessment.
How often should longevity infusions be administered?
The frequency of infusions depends on individual goals, initial health status, and medical recommendations. Often, treatment begins with a more intensive initial phase with more frequent applications. As treatment progresses, interval treatments may be useful to stabilize the desired effects. Your treating physician will work with you to create an individualized treatment plan.
What side effects can occur?
Longevity infusions are generally well tolerated. Occasionally, mild local reactions such as redness or a feeling of tension at the injection site may occur. In isolated cases, short-term general symptoms such as headaches or fatigue may occur. Before starting treatment, your doctor will explain the possible side effects in detail and adjust the infusion individually.
