We advise patients with histamine intolerance on histamine products and recommend suitable foods. If we see an indication to reduce the acute symptoms, an infusion cure is recommended: In this case, vitamin C causes histamine to be excreted from the body more quickly, thus reducing the histamine content in the tissue. This stabilises the clinical picture.
